CSS layout - Front Page Search Engine Optimisation

Front page optimisation is an area of SEO that many search engine optimisation companies steer clear off, as there isn't a large profit in a front page project. It is also true, that many clients find it harder to accept that the search terms that they are looking to rank for can be achieved at a fraction of the cost of full site optimisation. There are occasions however, that front page optimisation will achieve search engine positions quickly and efficiently, without the need for full three stage optimisation. The Blackdenfinancial site was developed initially by Legal-financial.co.uk, who are experts in designing financial-based websites and ensuring FSA compliancy, and they recommended Kenkai to optimise the site. As the Blackden search terms featured a geographical extension, front page optimisation was the obvious choice, as the site did not require a redesign and was already coded in CSS Divisional layers (although we did optimise the code on the front page to optimise the code v content ratio). Within days of the site being published, the site was cached by each of the main three search engines and jumped from nowhere on the search engines to grab dozens of page one and number one positions, on all of the engines. We have featured a few of the terms below. The good news is that the terms will get even better, given longevity!
