Website Re-design - CSS layout - Search Engine Optimisation

When Paul Ashford came to Kenkai, Apex were already recognised as one of the top exhibition companies in Europe, but their site was not designed to feature highly on the search engines. The site was visually attractive, so we had no need to change the look and feel of the site, so we simply re-coded the site using CSS Layout and tweaked the content and the head tags to fire on the search engines.

Change in direction

Apex were firing on the engines for most of the terms that they are optimised for, as you can see below, and they still are firing for many of the terms, but the site is now used as a corporate site, with the optimisation emphasis now placed on their individual product sites, which are now firing high on the search engines for their terms.
